Description: FAOSTAT provides access to over 3 million time-series and cross sectional data relating to food and agriculture. FAOSTAT contains data for 200 countries and more than 200 primary products and inputs, just in its core. The new FAOSTAT will be progressively released during the remainder of the year. Its new national version CountrySTAT, which is being developed and deployed in a score of pilot countries, offers a two-way bridge amongst sub national, national and international statistics on food and agriculture.
