Description: The bibliographical material of GLAFKA consists of around 40,000 titles, of which over 20,000 are articles of journals and about 4,000 are Greek and foreign dissertations. The chronological coverage runs from 1800 to date. GLAFKA also provides the following facilities: 1. Greek translation of all foreign titles 2. Greek authors' family names into the Latin alphabet, in compliance with ELOT's adaptation of the pertinent ISO standard, in order to improve the search tools 3. Classification of bibliographic material in more than one thematic and geographic categories, thus enabling the user to extent his search in areas related and /or connected to his principal subject.
