The Library of University of Macedonia has created the Virtual Reference Service, e-question. It is a unique virtual reference service through Web, which gives the library users the opportunity to ask their questions and get their answers by  e-mail with the Reference Department staff, no matter where they are at any time of the day. In this way distant service is provided to all library users.
